Safe agentic execution for high-risk systems.

A research and development hub, building federated execution environments for agents that act on live enterprise data. Healthcare first, with MedRex. Markets next, with FinRex.

Data stays. Proofs travel. The host is never trusted.

Agents are being pointed at systems that cannot fail.

The usual answer is to move the data to the model, and to trust the machine the model runs on. Where an action cannot be undone, neither is acceptable.

01 / Architecture

Six properties that only work together.

The trust boundary Records and the host operating system sit inside an institution boundary. The agent executes in an enclave the host cannot read or pause — an attempt from the host is stopped at a bar. The only line crossing the boundary is a commitment, which an outside verifier can check. INSTITUTION Records live signals Host OS Enclave agent executes read excluded commitment Verifier anyone
Fig / 01 Records read in. A commitment leaves. The host is turned back at the bar.
Host-excluded execution
The agent runs where the host operating system cannot read, pause, or redirect it.
Governed interaction
Every crossing between agent and host is mediated by policy held inside the enclave.
Consent-gated actuation
An agent acts only within a permission it can prove at the moment of acting.
Element-level commitment
What the model saw and produced is committed element by element, and re-checkable after.
Identity lifecycle
Identity, redaction and erasure are first-class operations, not deletions bolted on later.
Federated by construction
Data stays with the institution. Commitments anchor on a shared ledger — Rex Ledger Technologies.
Federated, not pooled Three institutions each keep their own records and run their own enclave. None are connected to each other. Each publishes commitments down to a shared verification layer. INSTITUTION A records enclave INSTITUTION B records enclave INSTITUTION C records enclave Shared verification layer
Fig / 02 Nothing is wired institution to institution, and nothing pools in the middle.

On-chain proofs. Off-chain data. A host that is never trusted.

02 / Verticals

One architecture, proven vertical by vertical.

Vertical 01 · Healthcare

MedRex

A hospital information system where clinical AI runs under these constraints: consent-gated access, tamper-evident encounter trails, auditable inference — and patient data that never leaves the hospital. Pilot: oncology and teaching-hospital workflows in India.

Vertical 02 · Markets

FinRex

The same execution environment, pointed at markets. An agent acting on live state, on infrastructure it should not have to trust, with every decision reconstructable and every action inside a mandate it can prove.

03 / Research

The work is the intellectual property.

Five provisional applications filed in India, August 2026 — covering the execution, consent, identity and commitment layers. Bioelectrum is sole IP holder.

The healthcare work is designed to be ABDM-interoperable and DPDP Act 2023-compliant. Claims stay architectural: an architecture is not a compliance certificate.

04 / About

Founded 2026 in Uttar Pradesh, India.

Founded by Dr. Abhinav Goyal, a physician and engineer. The verticals exist to prove the architecture where being wrong is expensive.

Let agents act where the stakes are highest — without moving the data or trusting the host.
